How do I keep my home phone number and point it to my mobile?
Answer:
It’s easy, we simply port the number from your existing carrier to BBCOMDirect and once we have the number, we will point it to the mobile or landline number you provide. There is no interruption in service and the process is seamless. We will ask for the current address associated with your number and the name of your existing carrier at the time of your order. This will allow us to process the order and to port the number. This usually takes anywhere from 2-4 business days. We will let you know when the port is complete and you can contact us anytime with questions.

My parent is entering a senior care facility. Can they keep their home number?
Answer:
Absolutely, we can point their home number to their assigned room phone number within the facility. They won’t miss any calls.

What if I want to change where my number is pointed?
Answer:
You can always change where your number is pointed. You can login to your BBCOM Direct account to request a number change or you just email our support group and we will handle this within one business day.

Is there a limit to how many numbers I can point to my existing number?
Answer:
No, we can provide as many as you wish. If you require more than (5) numbers, please feel fee to email us at support@bbcom.com. We can expedite the ordering process for you and provide bulk discounts!

Can you provide service outside of the continental US?
Answer:
Yes, we can provide new numbers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada and we can also point US numbers to those areas. The pricing will vary based on the area. Feel free to email us at support@bbcom.com to get a quote.

Can you provide numbers in other countries?
Answer:
